Civil Engineer, P.E.
Job Description:
The primary responsibilities for the role will include:
- Project Management responsibilities including client management, budget and schedule management, staff management.
- Working with staff and assisting in the direction of technical staff to produce quality plans and designs.
- Client development including but not limited to, business development functions, client lunches, dinners, etc. This task will be approximately 10-25% of the time, including some hours out of normal workday.
Work Experience:
- Land Development plan production, including but not limited to, site design, utility design, grading and drainage
- Familiar with local governing permitting process
- Some AutoCAD experience helpful
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in engineering design and plan production
- Texas PE license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Seeking persons with the following professional traits: use resources efficiently and effectively, take initiative and be highly motivated, the ability to multi-task, team player and leader by example, schedule driven, good work ethic, and be dedicated to providing excellent client service.

Civil CAD Designer
Job Description
The primary responsibilities for the role will include:
- Civil design of site plans utilizing the latest versions of Civil3D.
- Site construction plan production, including grading, erosion control, dimensional control, drainage and details.
- Troubleshoot and maintain Civil3D functionality.
Work Experience:
- Land Development plan production, including but not limited to, site design, utility design, grading and drainage
- Familiar with local governing code requirements
Requirements:
- AutoCAD Civil3D experience
- 5+ years of experience in engineering design and plan production

Civil Engineering EIT
Job Description
2P Consultants is looking for Graduate Engineer or experience EIT with Civil Engineering as their main focus of study. We are a growing smaller company, which means your opportunity for more experience. Larger companies will tend to push you into a single role throughout your career, at 2PC you will become involved in every aspect of Civil Engineering. We strongly believe that we are only as good as our employees and as such we strive to teach you every aspect what goes into a set of civil land development construction plans. We also know that you will eventually be a professional engineer and a project manager, so we will introduce you to aspects of client management. Our goal is to make sure that once you’ve fulfilled your requirements to test for your P.E. you are mentally ready and comfortable with your abilities
The primary responsibilities for the role will include:
- Assist Engineer with plan production through the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Assist the Engineer with preparing drainage reports, feasibility studies, project summaries, etc.
- Working with staff and assisting the technical staff to produce quality plans and designs
- Researches design option and code requirements for Project Engineers
Work Experience:
- Land Development AutoCAD Civil 3D plan production is preferred.
- Familiar with local governing permitting process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required
- Engineer in Training certification required
- Any years of experience in engineering design and plan production is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
