May 13, 2019 was the Grand Opening for the Culver’s Restaurant at 2320 East Palm Valley (Hwy. 79) in Round Rock. We were very excited to be part of the team that brought Culver’s to Round Rock. Gotta love the Butter Burger and the best fries in town.
Project Highlights
Wells Branch Retail, Austin, Texas
Teamed with Mode Design Company on this 9,000sf retail center along IH-35 South near Wells Branch. We just received all of the permits, can’t wait to see this one being constructed.
Airco Mechanical, Round Rock, Texas
Glad to assist AiRCO (again) in their growth in Round Rock. These guys just continue to be successful and grow, and we continue to help them by providing additions of building, parking and drainage structures. Another great repeat client.
Bush’s Chicken, Pflugerville, Texas
April 5, 2019 was the Grand Opening for Bush’s Chicken in Pflugerville in the Gattis Crossing Shopping Center along the Toll 130 near Gattis School Road. This is our 2nd Bush’s Chicken for the same franchise owner.
Fire Stations
We just received the Site Permit for a new Fire Station. This is the fifth Fire Station that myself and/or our staff has been part of it in the last several years. I can never say enough about repeat Municipal clients and the great feeling of helping our first responders.
City of Round Rock Library
We are extremely excited to be on the team working with the City to provide the engineering for the proposed Public Library in Round Rock. This library will be a center of attraction for the thriving downtown vibe. It’s also nice that the project will only be 2-blocks from our downtown Round Rock office.
Sprinkle Road Industrial Park
We’ve just started the Due Diligence on this 20-acre industrial park in the Austin ETJ. The client wants to construct his own 40,000sf Office/Warehouse and then divide the property up to provide 3-4 smaller office/warehouse lots to sale or lease out.
